The Young Kings project was founded by Macon, GA. natives, Daviyon Lockett, Darrius James, Deion Williams, Craig Bass and Darnell Smith. These men understood the importance of social development toward personal and career success and were led to share their academic experiences and development expertise to better equip young men for careers in a professional environment. The Young Kings scholarship will be awarded to deserving male seniors at Northeast, Southwest or Westside high schools in Macon, GA. that will attend accredited, post-secondary institutions as full-time students. The selected participants will attend a dress for success and interview etiquette presentation, participate in a community service project, and complete a scholarship interview.
