The Urban Leadership Academy

The Urban Leadership Academy is an eight-month interactive program that prepares men and women to be community leaders and change agents. The program features monthly sessions focused on building your individual brand, as well as, community renewal, development, and empowerment.

Back to School Drive (Raiderfest)

Formerly the Back to School Bonanza, Raiderfest helps to provide backpacks, school supplies and hygiene items to youth in underserved communities and particularly to the 2,000 students attending the elementary, middle, and high schools in the Northeast feeder zone of Macon, Georgia.

Big Man on Campus

Big man on campus: owning your college experience” prepares recent high school graduates and current college students to be leaders inside and outside of the classroom. The one-day boot camp for young men features interactive sessions on time management and goal setting, personal and college finances, strategic choices, and  leadership involvement and professionalism.

Mentoring

Our mentorship outreach initiatives allow children and young adults to gain greater knowledge and experience in personal and professional endeavors. College tours, free one-on-one tutoring, and professional luncheons are provided for participants.

Consulting

The Urban CEO offers one-on-one consulting sessions for emerging leaders and teams who desire a  more intimate and customized path toward leadership development and growth. In addition, organizations may license The Urban CEO curriculum for use during company retreats and workshops.

Seeds Initiative

The Seeds Initiative introduces community members to businesses and resources to improve overall quality of life.
